AUSSIE SEANO'S BIO
Aussie Seano has been involved in country music & the ute scene for some years now attending initially as a spectator and competitor, He attended the Deni Ute Muster in 2004 and was informed by phone early in the afternoon that his father may not make it through the night. His muster was ruined that year knowing it could be his fathers last few living hours and there was nothing he could do.
The timing was uncertain and he had no idea of this eventuating on this weekend and was encouraged by family to go. .
Whilst Barnesey was on stage out of the blue his phone rang and it was his sister ringing to see if he wanted to say Goodbye to his dad to which he did.
The phone rang at 12:20am informing him of his passing. He finished his dad's favourite port & it was that night that he proclaimed to the brightest star in the sky that he would fight to help raise funds for Cancer in his dad's memory by running ute shows and country music events.
In the first year he formed the B&S Country Ute Club & we raised approx $1500 for Cancer Research and in 2005 featured on the Deni Ute Muster DVD with Lee Kernaghan presenting Lee with a Carlton Authentic Craig Bradley Heritage Round signed & framed jumper, a Deni Launch promo shot of Seano on his ute featured in the Weekly Times framed and a picture of his father carrying Jezza off the ground. Lee was genuinely thrilled to meet Aussie Seano and dedicated the concert to his father, as well Lee offered up a signed guitar to help raise funds.
This guitar was raffled at the Peter McCallum GuitarAthon where they raised around $2000 with the guitar alone.
Since then Aussie Seano ran numerous successful events across Gippsland with around $30K donated to mainly Cancer Research via Peter McCallum but some distributed to the Latrobe Regional Hospital, Australian Cancer Council.
Some of the past events ran were the Ute Muster at the Cape Schanck Rodeo Ute Muster with 117 utes at the innagural show! Rosedale Great Aussie Pub Ute Muster, Cruising the Country Ute Show Churchill Saloon Muster, Heyfield Camp oven Ute Muster, Dargo Pub Ute Musters, Moe Christmas Ute Muster. Just to name a few.
Aussie Seano was responsible for bringing the circle work driving event to the Deni Ute Muster approaching the committee with all facets of running circle work comp including rules & regulations, scrutineering, judging etc. and asked they attend a local show to see the circle work comp in action, to which they did, they gave it a shot, NOW in year 5 it is seen & featured as one of the most popular events and spectacles at the Deni Ute Muster that Seano & his team have facilitated & ran since day 1, now the team have been assisted by the Deni Car Club in 2009/10 to run the event.
Aussie Seano has backed off from the local events running side of things focusing now on Deni & is also on air on a successful radio show Country Grits with Seano on Gippsland FM 104.7 on Tuesdays weekly from 6-9am and now featuring Friday nights from 9:30-11PM. Recently working on a Kids with Cancer Fundraiser he was involved heavily in raising $22K +.
He has featured some great artist on this show having built some great relationships up with artist over the years and promises more to come. Using a conversation style in his interviews they are more like you are listening in to a conversation so the natural chat technique is his preferred method, as well he has fun with pop quiz' and throws in some funny questions now n then, he aims to get least a laugh out of every guest, to him it is a sign the artist is enjoying themselves too!!! So far with his guest listed in archives he has suceeded from Lee Kernaghan to Cameron Cusack and all in between.
Aussie Seano hopes to utilize some contacts in the country music scene + his show he hopes to raise some funds to fight Cancer!
In the past few months I have worked closely with the Vietnam Veterans MC & recently ran an event where we raised appox $22,000 taking my personal involvement in my cancer fundraising to over 65K in 6 years.
His radio show featured the story of Mikayla Francis & he is assisting her family where he can, Aussie Seano is also a fighter for the law to be changed in regards to infants in taxis and also promotes safe driving on our roads.
He was seen at many events in the past however now he attends select events.
Public misconception has been Where's Seano lately? He hasn't been in the ute scene?? Well he has appeared at numerous events & with friends & technology especially FB
(U sure U didn't see him anywhere?)
Aussie Seano is WELL aware of what is going on or what is being said by who and what is said, (so he has all the latest event Goss) just cos you may not see him don't assume he isn't there gaining his info by reporters, as he can't attend every event, but does get all the goss!!!
Currently he is also involved in a movie with Tim Ferguson putting together a circle work movie that is getting closer to starting production.
Aussie Seano has had scoop interviews with the likes of Lee Kernaghan, Markus Meier, Jasmine Rae, Doug Bruce, Allan Caswell, Rob Cox from Rusty Gate Films, Col Finley, Jaynee Denham, 8Ball Aitken, McAlister Kemp, Dean Perrett, Craig Morrison, Beccy Cole, Lawrie Minson, Tanya Kernaghan, Oklahoma PBR BullRider Cord McCoy & Boxer Danny Green to name a few!!!Aussie Seano will appear at your gig or venue on negotiation.

Recently Seano has MCed the Deni Ute Muster Driving events especially the circle work he designed & runs and also the Yarrawonga & Tocumwal Rodeos as well as hosted Lee Kernaghans Pubs Clubs n Car Parks tour in Dargo recently & is planning to do some more with Lee in the coming tour.
